As the President of Ambassador Consulting Solutions, my responsibilities include leading the team and overseeing client relationships. With decades of experience in sales and leadership positions, I have previously worked at Essendant, Office Depot, and Boise Cascade. In one of my most recent positions, I owned and operated a $400 million budget for a national distribution and logistics company. While leading a national team, I was responsible for the go-to market strategy for healthcare, the federal government, the state and local governments, education, and enterprise verticals. I have spent the past several years helping small-to-medium size businesses succeed in today's changing marketplaces and landscapes.
My specialties include business strategy, planning and capital raise, scaling, succession planning, exit strategy, and coaching. At Ambassador Consulting Solutions, I lead a team of experts who will come alongside you and walk with you at your pace while providing executive leadership guidance for global, market, personnel, and life changes. As a servant leader, I am motivated to work with a great team of high-character people and to offer our clients solutions that improve their businesses and lives. I believe that the greatest value I can provide for my clients is integrity.
I am a proud graduate of the University of Iowa and a true Hawkeye fan. My wife Lynn and I live in Crystal Lake, Illinois. We have four adult children and one joy-radiating grandson. Outside of work, I am an avid sports fan and enjoy golfing, pickleball, and fishing. I am also actively involved in the Special Olympics, the Fellowship for Christian Athletes, St. Judes, and the City of Hope.
