Step 1: Discover

Using our proven process, we will calculate your 3 “gaps” in your profit profile, your business valuation and your personal wealth post-sale. This provides the foundation of knowing exactly where you have opportunities to grow your business in order to maximize your future exit value so that you and your family are able meet your personal goals.
We then work together to develop a prioritized action plan, with specific deliverables, dates and measurable targets to shoot for.
Step 2: Development
Execution of a strategic business plan takes focus, leadership, commitment and accountability. A plan only works with accountability and execution. During the Development stage, Ambassador Consulting Solutions will guide you and your team through the implementation of your prioritized goals. These 90-day action plans will allow you to improve daily operations, drive growth and increase the value of your company. Every 90 days, we will be there for you to analyze, revise and recalibrate your plan. With our distinctive benchmarking and KPI dashboard, we help you take to guesswork out of execution.

Step 3: Decision
Even if your targeted business sale date is years in the future, we recommend going through the decision making process every 90-120 days in order to be as prepared as possible if either an unexpected event or unsolicited purchase offer occurs. In the Decision step, we will help you evaluate your options to continue to grow, or to sell your business. And sometimes, the best solution is in between, such as a partial sale or bringing in new sources of capital.
